Born on July 28, 1985, in Bellaire, Ohio, he was the cherished son of Timothy Francis and Cathy Jean Meyer Tisher. Casey’s commitment to education shone brightly in his role as a math teacher, where he imparted knowledge and guidance to the students of River High School, within the Switzerland of Ohio School District.
His passion for teaching was evident, and he left an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of his students. Beyond the classroom, Casey was an ardent supporter of River Softball, tirelessly dedicating himself to fundraising efforts for the team. His involvement extended to taking statistics for various River sports teams, reflecting his deep love for sports and his desire to contribute to the community.
Casey’s connection to his faith was strong, as he was a member of the Hannibal Methodist Church. His faith played a vital role in shaping his character and values, which he shared with those around him. In addition to his parents, Tim and Cathy Tisher, Casey is survived by his sister, Kelsie (Jacob) Schmidt of Quinton, VA, and their children, Brayden, Colton, and Zoey Schmidt. He also leaves behind a multitude of friends and students who were touched by his kindness and dedication.
