Born on July 28, 1985, in Bellaire, Ohio, he was the cherished son of Timothy Francis and Cathy Jean Meyer Tisher. Casey’s commitment to education shone brightly in his role as a math teacher, where he imparted knowledge and guidance to the students of River High School, within the Switzerland of Ohio School District.

His passion for teaching was evident, and he left an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of his students. Beyond the classroom, Casey was an ardent supporter of River Softball, tirelessly dedicating himself to fundraising efforts for the team.
