Cindy Greenman Obituary, Death – It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Cindy P. Greenman’s passing on August 20, 2023, at her residence in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. At the age of 65, she peacefully transitioned, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever live on.

Born on January 6, 1958, in Versailles, Kentucky, Cindy was the beloved daughter of the late Ernest and Wilma Baker Petty. A dedicated legal secretary, she found her calling working alongside Attorney Stephen Underwood in Hopkinsville. Prior to that, she contributed her talents as a secretary at Western Kentucky Door in Cadiz, where she made a lasting impact.

Cindy was not just a presence in her professional life; she was a cherished member of Eastview Baptist Church in Christian County. Her passion for life was evident in her love for spending quality time with friends and family, particularly her adored grandchildren, Walker and Delaney Greenman. The outdoors beckoned to her, whether it was a beach getaway with a captivating book or the simple joy of swimming in her backyard pool.

Her memory is lovingly carried on by her husband of 37 years, Chris Greenman of Hopkinsville, and her two sons, Corey Greenman of Memphis, IN, and Tyler Greenman of Vallejo, CA. Her three sisters, Peggy Young of Versailles, KY, Sarah Cato, and Cindy Parrent, both of Hopkinsville, also hold her in their hearts.

Though Cindy is no longer with us, her spirit and impact remain vibrant in the lives she touched.
