At NBD fitness, we were fortunate to have experienced the sheer vitality and love that Denise radiated. For years, she graced us with her high-energy presence, dedicating herself to teaching classes and maintaining an unwavering commitment to her fitness journey.

Denise’s indomitable spirit shone through even during her relentless three-year battle against cancer. Recently, she transitioned into the realm of angels, leaving behind two incredibly young children and a devoted husband in our earthly realm.

During a brief period of remission, Denise wasted no time in returning to her beloved “work.” Her happiness at being back was palpable, and her presence was cherished by all. As we remember and honor her, the most fitting tribute we can offer is to come together and WORKOUT FOR HER, extending our support to her children and husband.
