Eli Dominguez Obituary, Death – Eli Joseph Domingez Sr. was born in May 1929 and passed away on April 25, 2015. Eli passed away in San Francisco, California at the age of 85, surrounded by his devoted wife and his family at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his loving wife Blanca, father of Eli J. Jr. Dominguez and Victoria Dominguez Platteaux, and cherished son of the late Jose and Angelita Dominguez, brother of Lily and the late Julia, Maria, Cuca, Angie, Offe, and AL. He is also survived by his parents. Jose and Angelita Dominguez both passed away. In addition, Eli is survived by a large number of friends and relatives. During the Korean War, Eli was a member of the United States Air Force and served his country.
In addition to being the proprietor of Gemini Construction Company and a member of the Carpenter Union #22 for more than three decades, he was a general contractor and a carpenter for more than four decades of his working life. Friends are welcome to pay their respects at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3 to 9 o’clock in the evening, and they are also encouraged to join a vigil service at 7 o’clock at 500 Westlake Avenue in Daly City.
At 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, a Funeral Mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, which is located in San Francisco at the corner of Wayland and Somerset Streets. After the service, the burial will take place at Olivet Memorial Park in Colma.
