Gary Lopresti Obituary, Death – A valiant fight against pancreatic cancer was put up by one of our team members, Gary Lopresti, right up until the day he died from the disease. He continued to fight the disease right up until the very end, despite the fact that he only had a relatively short period of time to do so.
We are keeping his family as well as the other members of the MFD in our thoughts and prayers as we go through this trying period. We are thankful to them for the service that they have provided to the community. His sister, Juleann Casaletto, together with her husband and the couple’s four children, have called the area of Ward 8 their home for a considerable amount of time.
The neighborhood is located in Washington, District of Columbia. In addition to that, her spouse makes that site their permanent residence with them. When you are thinking about and praying for them in the challenging days and weeks that are ahead of us, I ask that you remember his entire family as well as the family that is composed of the Malden Firefighters when you are doing so.
Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Pray not only for him but also for each and every member of his family in this time of need. Please keep every member of his family, as well as the men and women of the Malden Fire Department, who are also like members of our own family, in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
