Joseph Cui Obituary, Coroner Identifies 20-Year-Old Shot Dead

Joseph Cui Obituary, Death – Joseph Cui, 20, was the victim of a shooting that took place in Victorville on Wednesday night. Cui was pronounced dead at the scene. It took place on October 28, 2020, just before 9:30 o’clock at night, in the general vicinity of Redondo Beach Drive and La Cubre Drive. After receiving information that gunfire had been heard, deputies responded to the place in question.

They found the victim laying on the street suffering from what seemed to be a gunshot wound. They found the victim when they arrived. According to a news release from the sheriff’s office, “the first deputy on scene immediately began lifesaving measures on the victim.” When emergency medical workers arrived, they rushed the sufferer to a nearby hospital, where it was later determined that he had passed away.
In order to undertake the investigation, detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division’s Homicide Detail arrived to the scene.

According to officials at the sheriff’s office, there have been no arrests made, nor has anyone been recognized as a suspect. There is currently nothing else that can be disclosed to the public at this time.
