Lillian Rose Klages Car Accident: Two young females were killed in an automobile collision that occurred early Saturday morning. Deputies from the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office responded to an automatic accident alarm message in a neighborhood south of Holt Road and west of Cedar Street around three a.m. The message was delivered around Sycamore and Schoolcraft streets.

Deputies arrived to find a vehicle that had crashed with two parked cars before coming to a stop. Authorities think a male from Mason, Ohio, aged 18, was driving the vehicle and was brought to Sparrow Hospital with serious injuries. According to a Sheriff’s Office press statement, the crash killed two female passengers, both of whom were 16 years old and from the same town of Mason.

Lillian Klages was named as one of the victims by loved ones on social media. The deputies who responded believe that speed had a role in the crash. The Ingham Regional Crash Investigation Team investigated the incident, while the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office Victim’s Advocates assisted the families affected.
