Officers were dispatched to a home in the 9900 block of SW 165 Terrace shortly after 4 o’clock in the afternoon after receiving information that shots had been fired inside the residence. The incident was said to have occurred there.

A man was found dead inside the flat with a gunshot wound to the head, which appeared to have been self-inflicted, according to the authorities. The gunshot wound appeared to have been accidental. According to the police, they also found a man and a woman who had been shot and were injured. Both of them had injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. They were transported in an ambulance to the Jackson South Medical Center when it became necessary.
