Micheal Williams Obituary, Death –It is with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic passing of Micheal R. Williams, a beloved fiancé, son, brother, and new father. This devastating loss occurred in a motorcycle accident on his 35th birthday, Friday, September 1st, 2023. Micheal was a proud native of Galloway Township and a graduate of Absegami High School, class of 2006.
Micheal, often referred to as Mike, had an undeniable love for the open road and the freedom he felt while riding his beloved Harley. On that fateful day, he embarked on a quick ride, promising to return soon. Tragically, while traveling east on the White Horse Pike, a driver made a left turn in front of him, leaving Mike with no time to react. He was on his way home to celebrate his birthday with his loved ones.
June 23rd, 2023, marked a significant day in his life when he welcomed his precious daughter, Emerie Rose, into the world with his fiancée, Morgan Posna. Emerie bore a striking resemblance to her loving father, Mike. He cherished this precious gift, even if he was still working up the courage to tackle diaper duty. Mike was a true handyman, a skilled carpenter, and mechanically inclined. He possessed a knack for tackling a wide array of tasks and had a reputation as a jack-of-all-trades.
He was known for his sense of humor, often sharing Chuck Norris jokes and movie lines that never failed to elicit laughter. A passionate lover of rock music, he could recite the lyrics of countless songs. Mike possessed a captivatingly raw singing voice that held a special place in the hearts of those who heard him sing. Beneath his tough exterior, Mike was a kind, generous, and loving soul. He held his family, lifelong and newfound friends, and loved ones dear to his heart. Mike was always there when you needed him, ready to offer his support and assistance.
Micheal is survived by his fiancée, Morgan Posna, and their cherished daughter, Emerie Rose. He is also remembered by his father and stepmother, Bill and Jennie Williams; his mother, Sandy Williams, and her partner, Curt Hammell; his sisters, Cynthia Williams and Mina Stahl, along with her fiancé, Joseph Summers. He leaves behind numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and his loyal canine companion, Kovu.
In remembrance of Micheal, family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Wimberg Funeral Home, 211 E. Great Creek Road in Galloway, from 3 pm to 6 pm on Saturday, September 9th, 2023, followed by a service.
