Nick Filca Obituary, Death- Nick G. Janos, who had been in Elk Grove Village for the preceding 22 years and was 103 years old when he died away on January 13 at the Alexian Brothers Hospice Residence in Elk Grove Village, was a resident there for the duration of his life.

Nick G. Janos passed away on January 13 at the Alexian Brothers Hospice Residence in Elk Grove Village. Nick G. Janos had called Elk Grove Village his home for the previous 22 years before moving away. Beloved husband of Helen nee Marganis for 58 years; loving father of Angela Giles and Nick Janos; treasured grandfather of Caitlin; dear brother of the late Madeline (the late Pete) Georgecopoulos, the late Jim (Gwen) Janos, Pete (the late Julie) Poulos, Bessie Arends, the late Christ (Glenda) Janos, the late George Janos, and the late Helen Ratz.

In addition to this, he is survived by a sizable number of devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends of the family. On Monday, January 19, there will be a viewing conducted at Grove Memorial Chapel in Elk Grove Village. Grove Memorial Chapel is located at 1199 S. Arlington Hts. Rd. On that specific day, the viewing will get underway at nine in the morning and continue right up until the time of the service, which will get underway at eleven thirty in the morning.

It has been determined that the wake and burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery, which is located in the nearby city of River Grove. This location is convenient for both events.
