Rick “the Wolf” Moore Obituary, FreakShow Deluxe member has passed away
Rick “the Wolf” Moore Obituary, Death – This is going to be a really challenging piece to write. Rick “the Wolf” Moore, an original member of FreakShow Deluxe, passed away over the weekend. It is with great sadness that we must share this news with you. Throughout the many years that he was active in the nightlife scene in Dayton, Ohio, Wolf was a well-known presence. In October of 2001, he was working as a haunt actor at the PsychoPath Haunted Trail in Xenia, Ohio. Reverend Tommy Gunn asked him to join him on stage to perform for the masses that had gathered; the two of them had a connection, and things began to take off from there.
The Reverend and Wolf appeared in a DATV special together alongside Dr. Creep, director Andy Copp, wrestlers, comedians, musicians, and even the devil. They also performed together in a number of concerts throughout the years. During the course of the special, Wolf set a new personal record for the number of needles placed on a human pincushion act, in addition to performing several other outstanding performances. At the annual X-fest concert event, FreakShow Deluxe was also showcased on its own stage for everyone to enjoy.
After working together for four years, Reverend Tommy Gunn decided to relocate FreakShow Deluxe to Hollywood. Wolf, however, wanted to remain in Ohio, where he continued his career as a performer and raised his family.
We are deeply shocked by the news of his demise and want his family, friends, and fans to know that they have our deepest condolences during this trying time. Wolf, I’ll see you out on the backlot.
